EBCC is a company with considerable experience in gravity casting and aluminium machining, it is a manufacturer of disc brake callipers front and rear, master cylinders and hydraulic boosters applied in many famous car makes, including Volkswagen, Renault, Mazda, Ford, Opel, Peugeot, Porsche, Fiat and Volvo. We hold ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificates. Our casts are manufactured on automated casting lines. The plant is equipped with units for heat treatment of aluminium alloys (solution heat treatment and age hardening). We have a laboratory for full testing of chemical composition and mechanical properties, and X-ray machines. We have not only the foundry but also the mechanical working department equipped with numerical CNC automatic machining canters. We offer the following services: gravity casting of aluminium details from Al-Si alloys, heat treatment and mechanical working of castings, construction works in the scope of casting design, permanent mould construction and simulations in Magma program.
