EDFS is here to help find and secure statutory and discretionary incentives. These incentives help companies reduce operating costs and stay competitive. EDFS preserves a unique database of credits and incentives, in addition to a database of past incentive deals, which allow us to easily identify tax savings and evaluate incentive opportunities. EDFS will perform a comprehensive review to find and analyze chances for further savings, based on State awards both current and previously filed. These statutory credits are typically based on employment, capital investments, and property tax reductions for any new capital projects. Minor assistance is required from our clients to perform the review.
