Efficere Sports International - ESI

Our vision is to give aspiring and talented Deaf athletes opportunities to compete in top class competition, and sustain their participation in international sport as full-time professionals. ESI’s mission is to: • Challenge perceptions and work with governing bodies of sport (international and national) on best inclusive practice and solutions for elite disabled athletes • Strengthen pathways so both deaf sport and mainstream sport becomes seamless as part of the elite sporting experience • Ensure outstanding deaf athletes become coaches and leaders, inspiring new generation & sustaining their participation in sport ESI comprises a highly skilled and accomplished team of international Associate Directors. Our extensive practical experience is aligned with our philosophy to increase and sustain practical opportunities for Deaf and Disabled sport to flourish through imaginative leadership, guidance and project development.
