eKodoKi is an e-commerce brand of environment-friendly bags and portable & wearable lifestyle accessories (e.g. food & beverage containers, cutlery, sunglasses, pouches, etc.) for commuters and travelers to express their eco-consciousness in style. Our Vision is to offer environment-friendly trendy lifestyle products at an affordable price – and show the way for environment-friendly production – as an answer to people’s growing awareness of climate change and resource scarcity. Our Mission is to popularize stylish environment-friendliness in people’s personal lifestyle, as a responsible alternative choice. Our company is in its initiation phase; we plan to launch on-line in Q3 2021. We will sell our ‘eco’ lifestyle products at a price comparable to ‘non-eco’ equivalent products. Our goods will be made of renewable natural materials, up-cycled products, recycled materials, and easily recyclable materials – in manufacturing processes not harming people, nature, nor animal life. We target people who are conscious about the use of resources, but don’t want to compromise on style, practicality, quality, nor price. Our products are for those curious to know where a product comes from, what it is made of, by whom, and how. Based in the Netherlands, we will market our products primarily in Europe; however international orders will be welcome. Our main channel will be our own web store; additional channels are planned to include eco-oriented on-line retailers and affiliate marketing. Our manufacturing partners are proud of the provenance and quality of their materials; their manufacturing processes and work conditions; their team members and their craft; their ability to take on-board custom requests; and last but not least the products they make. In the longer term we hope to co-create with eco-conscious designers who are looking for an editor of environmental-friendly products, as well as consult on environment-friendly product creation and manufacturing.
