Ekoten Textile A.S. is the biggest knitted fabric manufacturer in Turkey and in Europe and Turkey’s the biggest circular knitted fabric exporter. With 220 modern knitting machines and a 40 tonnes-per-day capacity, Ekoten has a significant production infrastructure, in addition to an excellent and unique fabric library. Ekoten has a daily capacity of 30 tons of jet dyeing and 25 tons of pad batch dyeing supported by automated dye and chemical distribution system. Our laboratory is accredited and certified by M&S, and our Quality Control laboratory is certified by companies such as M&S and Next. At Ekoten, we strongly believe in encouraging innovation, flexible thinking, a customer-oriented system and constantly developing our organizational structure as well as the education and safety of our employees. Ekoten studies and develops Kaizen and 6 Sigma projects in which 2 master black 12 black belt employees take place, and constantly works on finding the most efficient solutions to problems. With its wastewater treatment plant on-site, Ekoten’s production is environmentally friendly: we have ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment, OHSAS 18001 Work Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 50001 Energy Management, ISO 14064 Green Gas Verification, GOTS Organic Cotton Certification, OCS 100, OCS Blended, Oekotex Certification. The company has become one of the leading companies in the industry with the principle of continuous development. Our R&D Centre which is certified by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology carries out R&D studies in accordance with customer demands, current trends in fashion, and technological developments at a global scale.
