Asociación Cultural El Tulipán was founded in 2009. In the years leading up the opening of El Tulipán, both co-founders gained experience teaching Dutch to adults in Lima. Sharing a passion to include more cultural aspects into language courses, they decided to establish their own Dutch cultural center. Asociación Cultural El Tulipán focuses on the following aspects: Language Education: An innovative teaching method that focuses on five quality aspects. Cultural Activities: Both the Dutch culture as well as the intercultural activities that facilitate cultural integration play an important role. Social Engagement: El Tulipán stimulates and encourages projects that benefit culture, education and the environment
