Christie has a breadth of experience in financial analysis, acquisitions, multifamily underwriting, asset repositioning design, and property management. She has participated in the acquisition and syndication of over $700M dollars of multifamily assets around the country in California, Washington, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. Additionally, she has funded over $150M dollars in loans with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, as well as commercial banks. She holds a BS degree in Economics from the University of Washington in Seattle.
