ELITE’s Vision – Women, The Global Economic Engine The first elite business club of women entrepreneurs laying the foundation of an entrepreneurial culture in Romania! Women are increasingly more important in the global market, not only as employees but also as consumers, entrepreneurs, managers and investors. ELITE brings TOGETHER women entrepreneurs, creates a successful and profitable business community and performance. Promotes women’s entrepreneurship and business partnerships, both in Romania and worldwide, by attracting investors. Who is ELITE Business Women? Elite Business Women is a community of women entrepreneurs, where they have the opportunity to meet, interact and talk about the business model that brought them success. Their stories are found both on the elitewomen.org website and in the Business Catalogue, only in digital version for now. The entrepreneurship projects promoted enclose beautiful stories and authentic values which can bring a certain change in the business field they represent. The ELITE initiative emerged in 2014 with the launch of Female Leadership Organisation (floleaders.org) by Bianca Corau, in partnership with Le Roi Bear, South Africa. A year later, Bianca Tudor sets a new direction for Female Leadership Organisation in Romania, which becomes ELITE Business Women. A decision that came naturally as a result of Bianca’s involvement in the area of business, both nationally and internationally, over the past two years. The aim of this community is to make profitable businesses TOGETHER, to create partnerships and to train and increase the know-how and experience of ELITE members through our Entrepreneurship Workshops. The project is about powerful business women who want to take one step further and leave a visible trace in their field of work.
