We're very proud of our virtual training S3 for Coaches, a non-traditional system built just for our coaching colleagues. Included in the S3 for Coaches training are 3 90-minute live training sessions, ongoing practice time offered multiple days a week and a recorded Bootcamp. At the heart of the training is a sure-fire 1-hour consultation model that has 5 easy conversation focal points. 1. Agenda - Setting an expectation for the consultation that will result in a “no” or a “yes” at the end of the consultation. No more having to chase or follow up after your consultations because you got an, “I want to think about it”. 2. Needs Assessment - Where does it hurt? This is where you learn if the problems your prospect has fits into your wheelhouse as a professional coach. 3. Money - You've got to talk about it eventually and by talking it over early you learn if there is a financial fit. If there isn't, you don't waste any more of each other's time. 4. Decision Makers - Do you have all the right people in the room? No more getting to the end of the consultation just to find out they’ve got to talk it over with someone else before they can make a decision. 5. Presentation - Your prospective coaching client is fully qualified! Now you’ll share with them how you will be able to help them as a professional coach and what the coaching engagement will look like as you work together!
