We are a 19-bed critical access hospital with four Rural Health Clinics in Ellsworth, Lucas, Wilson, and Holyrood, KS. Our practice includes three primary care physicians, two APRNs, and three PAs. Currently, specialists in cardiology, nephrology, professional hearing, gastroenterology, podiatry, orthopedics, OB/GYN and mental health services provide out-patient or telemedicine clinics at the facility. Hospital services include Diagnostic Radiology, Diagnostic Laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, 24 Hour Emergency Room Services, Acute and Intermediate Care Services, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Diabetic Education, Wellness Center, Chronic Care Management, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
