Our mission is to resolve conflict, negotiate settlements, and achieve long-term collaboration between Chinese-Western entities. BRIEF FOUNDER BIO Gene J. Hsu is an American entrepreneur with Chinese heritage and the founder of EME China Consultants, a cross-cultural training, coaching, and business advisory company he started in Shanghai in 2014 with a team of marketing interns. Gene has published several books from insights acquired by analyzing the effects of language and culture on human psychology to help students, clients, and readers achieve better results doing business in China. Gene has run the entire gambit from China expat to instructor, consultant, and entrepreneur. He regularly teaches a mindset for China business at universities in China and his alma mater, Georgia Tech, and he is working on his next book, After The Chinese Honeymoon. Gene lives with his wife and son in Irvine, California, where he hosts the China Myth Podcast and teaches Solving CHINA's Unknown Unknowns.
