Our business model / platform is intended to provide a distinct and compelling approach to leveraging California’s ‘gold rush’ i.e. cannabis sector and attached is a snapshot for your review. Our exclusive access to acquiring valuable cannabis real estate is one of several hallmarks of our business model. We’ve completed our developmental stage and are prepared to accept private investors and begin operations. Under our model, 100% of the products and services generating revenues fall outside the stream of direct cannabis industry investments, with layers of separation to protect investors from financial and legal liabilities. Our model is also designed to maximize standard business tax deductions, as well as to reduce taxes paid on property flips. Our initial operations are slated to begin in California, but we’re also able to expand operations into other western states.
