The Empirical coach is founded on strong values to deliver highest value to the customer all the time. The founder Venkatesh Krishnamurthy (a.k.a Venky) is a computer scientist with nearly 20 years of experience in IT industry. Over the last 2 decades, he has been a programmer, technology architect, Scrum Master including several client facing roles. He has worked with diverse industries which includes Telecom, banking,insurance and finance, retail, defence, airline, e-commerce and software services. Nearly a decade, he spent traveling across the world, working in USA, France, UK, India and now has made Australia as his home. He also has the honour of being the first Australian Certified LeSS trainer, and globally one of few who had the privilege of working closely with Craig Larman participating in many experiments during the initial days, that lead to the birth of LeSS. He is also the author, writes frequently on LinkedIn and Medium, speaks at Agile conferences.
