Employment Matters provides advice to SMEs about all employment related matters. This included producing all employment documentation, such as contracts of employment, staff handbooks, policies and procedures, job descriptions and competency frameworks; advice on day to day employment issues, such as employment disputes, redundancy, maternity, dismissal, mergers, acquistions and disposals. I work an a retained basis (ranging from 1 day a quarter to 1 or more days a week) or an ad hoc project by project basis
