ECINS is a social enterprise that uses technology to empower vulnerable people, and the practitioners who help them. All of our systems are built around allowing vulnerable people to be more fully seen and supprted, while addressing the real world problems of the social support sector, including tight budgets and a stretched workforces. After twenty years in business, we are the most widely used multi-agency case management system in the UK, with an expanding network of users across Australia. So what do our systems do? - facilitate comprehensive case management (including secure collaboration with partners) - automate referrals - allow safe and easy communication between practitioners and clients - help communities solve problems Who do we work with? We work extensively across with police, public sector services and their partners, and in Australia working with a range of service providers including charities and the voluntary sector. Most of the solutions we provide helps to improve outcomes on some of the most difficult issues we face as a society including domestic and sexual violence, modern day slavery, homelessness, early intervention and safeguarding in schools, integrated offender management among many others.
