engineering dynamics consultants (edc) commenced in 1993 and is a perth based company providing services to the mining, offshore, industrial, rail, marine, manufacturing, automotive and aero industries. we specialize in engineering services by blending our expertise with actual measurements and advanced simulation to solve problems: finite element analysis (fea), structural dynamics, vibration and noise, fatigue, stress analysis, design auditing - in particular, with bulk handling machines (as 4324.1 / iso 5049). we have developed a process that combines fea modelling with strain/vibration measurements and expertise. edc uses advanced data acquisition instrumentation to measure static and dynamic strains across a range of industries and service conditions. we audit and verify the design, construction, commissioning and maintenance activities and rectification on all major material handling machines and equipment.
