We have been in business since 1996 and the practice has evolved in two distinct directions. We are, first and foremost, a Personal Financial Planning practice which has been built on some very simple principles: -Client needs are paramount -We are totally independent and absolutely objective -We regard ourselves as being innovative and creative -Our reputation is probably our most valuable asset -Our relationships with our client are as personal as they can be -We build and maintain our relationships through education, transparency and open communication. The second facet of our business, which is growing exponentially, is our Outsourced Investment Management and Administration and here we have registered Enhance IFA Solutions (Pty) Ltd. as a discretionary fund manager, FSP No. 45638. We have partnered with Sanlam Multi Managers, SMMI, through Glacier Financial Solutions, Independent Investment Partners, (2IP), through Investec IMS, Allan Gray and Stanlib and we co-manage 4 suites of Wrap Funds or Model Portfolios which we use in our own investment and retirement planning processes.
