A registered foreign company in Arizona, the Company is headquartered in the high tech center of Oro Valley, Arizona. Product line engineering, testing and manufacturing was conducted in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona. VALUE PROPOSITION Airem Environmental Solution featuring Vocgen creates a superior energy savings model for over 100 discrete industrial categories subject to the requirements of Title V Air Operating Permits (CAA), because it significantly reduces the life-cycle cost of traditional volatile organic compound (VOC) air pollution control equipment; provides the traditional benefits of cogeneration (CCHP) and it offsets central power plant emissions pursuant to the US EPA Clean Power Plan. The economic model significantly reduces of operational costs by burning waste volatile emissions in a mixture of natural gas to cogenerate power and high quality waste heat. The cost of operational savings benefits the Client (end-user) only, providing a quick return on capital investment (approximately 2 years) based upon annual cash flows for the life of the project, estimated at 20-30 years. Products and projects are sold at competitive air pollution control market-based prices.
