Environmental Fabrications Ltd are a steel fabrication and installation company. We can take a project from the Architects/Engineers design and carry out structural design of connections, production of detailed fabrication drawings, steelwork and installation for projects ranging from simple portal framed buildings and purpose designed access platforms to large scale material handling plants, industrial structures, plant steelwork, shaft staircases & walkways and multi-framed buildings. We have invested in a highly computerised design and drawing office which is equipped with the latest 3D software detailing packages including Autocad, Strucad and Tekla. All of our staff are fully trained and can offer the optimum solution to client’s detailing and design enquiries. The benefit of our in-house computer aided design enables the smooth running of interfaces during manufacture and installation, hence complimenting the necessary Health and Safety Risk Assessments and Method Statements required. Efficiency, planning and traceability from concept to installation allow the company to respond effectively to accelerated programmes and contract alterations. We also offer a detailed programme for each project based on agreed dates through Microsoft Project which is updated on a week to week basis as fabrication progresses. As part of our continued company development we have achieved multiple Health & Safety and Quality accreditations including CE Execution Class 3, ISO 14001, 9001, CHAS, Safe-T-Cert & Acclaim. We are also independently audited and have achieved numerous qualification schemes including Building Confidence, ConstructionLine level 3 gold, Builders Profile, RISQS, Constructing Better Health, UVDB verification and Network Rail Sentinel
