Eosis was founded in 2007 to provide environmental advice, which could led to a more efficient way to handle resources, as well as optimizing building energy performance. For this reason, Eosis also provides assesment for the LEED certificación. We are members of SUMe, representative of the World Green Building Council and member of the LEED International Round Table. The company has specialized in LEED for New Construction, with more tan fifty projects currently in process of getting the LEED Certification, some of wich have succesfully achieved each of the different certification levels; Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Certificate. We also have expertise in LEED EBOM, LEED CI, and LEED CS. Our servicies include Building Energy Modeling, analysis for passive design strategies to optimize building energy consumption, and gathering the requiered documentation for LEED Certification. Our work focuses in finding synergies to achieve savings in building operation and equipment selection. We have a strong sense of commitmnet with the education of new proffesionals, giving specialized LEED training and participating in the most prestigious academys in the country such as ITESM, UNAM and ITESO, imparting bachelor and masters degree courses. Eosis is the first company in Latin America of its kind being recognized as Certified B Corporation, proving our commitment with environment , community and healthy corporate practices. Every two years, Eosis promotes and hosts the International Sustainable Building Award known as η-ter, with the objective of acknowledge buildings for its sustainability characteristics.
