Experts Resource Community Center, Inc. was founded in 2004 to address the void of access to non-predatory and relevant housing information, resources, and services for low to moderate income families in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Over the past 10 years, ERCC has expanded its reach to service the entire South Florida Community, and beyond, in homeownership, credit counseling, loss mitigation, and foreclosure prevention services. By adopting the National Industry Standards for homeownership, ERCC utilizes best practices to assist its clients achieve Homeownership. Experts Resource Community Center, Inc. is an independent branch affiliate of NID- Housing Counseling Agency (NID-HCA), a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency since 1995. Created in 1975, NID Housing Counseling Agency is the largest minority, not-for-profit, HUD approved housing counseling intermediary agency in the nation, with 52 branches offices in 22 states. Our branch office located in the City of Miami Gardens (ERCC) serves South Florida and the surrounding areas. ERCC provides a comprehensive set of workshops and one-to-one counseling sessions for homeownership, foreclosure prevention, financial literacy and budget and credit counseling. All our workshops are offered in English, Spanish, and Creole.
