Prior assignments focussed on organizational change, growth, integration, (large-scale) restructuring, harmonization of employment conditions / compensation & benefits, M & A (and post merger integration), outsourcing, implementation of a new HR model, HR projects, HR management, and managing works councils and / or trade unions.
