ICS is a Community Development consulting firm with a focus on helping organizations determine their needs with regards to facilities. Our goal is provide quality, encompassing services to Community Development Organizations so they can optimize their impact within the communities they serve. At this time the following services are available. - Facilities Assessments - This assessment allows an organization to better understand the needs of their facility through prioritizing deferred maintenance and capital needs from technical, financial programmatic/organizational view points. This assessment has been very helpful with several organizations in the site search process and strategic planning process. - Providing RFQ and RFP services to hire design and construction professionals. This includes drafting of documents, organization of responses and potentially assistance with the interview process. - AIA contract review for design and construction. This service allows for a more refined draft to be submitted to attorneys. This allows for a shortened legal review and partial mitiagation of legal fees. - Constructability review with a emphasis on programmatic use. ICS can review drawings from conceptual design to contract documents. Each contract for our clients is custom built to fit their needs. Stay tuned for additional services to come.
