The Energy Skills Partnership (ESP) is a collaboration of colleges aiming to increase Scotlands capacity to deliver skills and prevent duplication of effort and investment for the energy sector by ensuring capacity, quality and affordability. Through this consortium approach Scotlands colleges will ensure the right skills are being delivered and raise industry awareness to ensure Scotland has the workforce, skills and competence required by the energy sector in the future. Working with industry is vital to the development of the partnership and the ESP has ongoing engagement with government agencies and industry partners including Scottish Renewables, RenewableUK, NSAP, OPITO, Siemens, Scottish Power and SSE.
