Estudio Churquina Architecture is a full service architectural firm located in Dallas, Texas, USA. Estudio is a newly formed multicultural office established by principal Eduardo Churquina in order to build upon his extensive experience acquired during twenty years experience in all phases of retail, entertainment, hospitality, civic, and historic preservation projects in the US and internationally. We provide full architectural services as well as consultancy services on construction documents quality control, project planning, project management, and construction administration to other AEC professionals. With Architexas, Architecture, Planning and Historic Preservation, Inc. Eduardo led high end hospitality, commercial, and civic projects from schematic design to opening day. Some projects where Certified Rehabilitation of historic buildings listed in the National Register of Historic Places. As Director for Runyon Architects and Associates, Inc. Eduardo set up and run satellite offices in Latin America to successfully manage US-based movie exhibitor's regional expansion and expand RAA brand to local clients. This endeavor resulted on successful projects in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Peru, totaling more than 120 cinema screens, retail projects, and retail programs for leading regional retail chains. We approach every project and commission with a focus on customer success, and base our services on customer's needs, schedule, and budget.
