eTalentID started in 2014 as an innovative startup company, grown out of a European Social Innovation Competition Project, in 2013 (by Fair Trade Consult), called Talentshop.eu, which was one of the 30 finalists selected, out of more than 600 projects. The main objective of eTalentID is the continuous improvement of screening and matching of individuals, with their competences, personality, interests and capabilities, with the most appropriate activity domains, professions and functions. In this context we turn the latest technology concepts into tools to improve the efficiency and support Human Resource processes, such as job and career orientation and HR recruitment activities.
