The previous joint venture operating under the Evli Awards Management Oy (EAM) label combines Alexanders experience in corporate services and Evlis competence in providing personal services to companies and their employees. These include extensive back-office, helpdesk and book-entry register services, IFRS2 accounting & reporting, share plan hedging and financing and efficient brokerage and trading. Through the joint venture the clients have for the first time - had access to the entire service chain, truly one-stop shopping - from granting of incentives to the implementation, management and realization of plans, with the added benefit of help desk services to their employees. The new EAM, fully owned by Evli Bank, will provide its clients with all share plan administration services. At the same time, participants included in the plan will have easy access to Evlis comprehensive brokerage and asset management services.
