At Family Promise of Berks County, we believe in keeping families together and youth off the streets while providing hope, a new beginning and opportunities for change. Our mission to help families and youth experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response is made possible through the help of caring individuals who invest in our programs. We mobilize a wide network of volunteers to help us deliver shelter, permanent housing and supportive services for a fraction of the cost of traditional models.
