Family Service of Greater New Orleans is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1896. As a United Way Partner, we have been able to work with families that are often underserved, have few resources, and may not be able to access mental health services elsewhere. Family Service is accredited by the Council on Accreditation. This achievement is only given to those organizations that can demonstrate use of best practices in not only direct services but also administration and management.
