Ferguson Perforating is the industry-leading provider of perforated metals, plastics, ACM, HDPE, and carbon composite materials. Ferguson produces hundreds of perforated patterns in a wide range of materials, including aluminum, stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Carbon, galvanized/galvanneal, as well as copper, and brass. Ferguson will customize your parts to specifics shapes, sizes, and hole configurations utilizing sophisticated, complex tooling and machine capabilities. We specialize in thicknesses from 0.002″ (0.050 mm) to 1.00” (25.4mm) and hole sizes from 0.003” (0.076mm) to 4.00” (305mm). Our other fabricating capabilities include leveling, shearing, slitting, laser cutting, welding, forming, and tube and cone rolling. We can also provide parts with powder coating, annealing, or polishing. Ferguson Perforating is the only perforator in the US that has developed a quality system certified to AS9100D, required for the Aerospace Industry’s highest quality standards. Ferguson also has attained NADCAP certification (for non-conventional machining). These qualifications are in addition to our ISO 9001:2015 certification. All our products, whether they are for the Aerospace Industry or are for the Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Filtration, Architectural, Food Processing, Sugar Mfg., and/or Industrial markets are subjected to the same high level quality systems and AS9100D processes as our Aerospace qualified parts.
