Calling all feminist campaigners, activists, artists and revolutionaries. We are the daughters of the women who came before us; women who fought for our children, our bodies, ourselves. Their legacy challenges us to keep fighting for the liberation of all women and girls today. The FiLiA 2018 conference brings together sisters taking down patriarchy, fighting injustices across the world, fighting violence towards women, pay disparity, discrimination against refugees, racism, classism. No topic is taboo. All are welcome. The FiLiA Mission: To host a world-renowned annual conference, bringing together women from all around the globe to exchange ideas, share experiences, and network. To advance gender equality by showcasing activists, academics, artists, NGOs and their work. To promote human rights, especially women's rights. To promote women artists, feminist and activist art, and to give voice to minority and disadvantaged women through art.
