Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited is a result of the consolidation between Finansa Securities Company Limited, ACL Securities Limited and Syrus Securities Public Company Limited, which has been providing securities brokerage services since August 9, 2002. The Company changed its name from Syrus Securities Public Company Limited to “Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited” on June 22, 2009 with the securities trading abbreviation changed from “SYRUS” to “FSS” commencing since July 8, 2009 to reflect the consolidation and the investment in the subsidiary ACL Securities, which the merger process is complete on September 15, 2009. The Company is a member broker number 24 of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) as well as a member of Thai Bond Market Association. The Company has been granted licenses to conduct 5 types of securities business which are 1) Securities Brokerage; 2) Securities Trading; 3) Investment Advisory; 4) Underwriting; 5) Stock Borrowing and Lending (Principal & Agent). The Company has also been approved to conduct other businesses including Financial Advisory, Selling Agent, and Futures Brokerage. By having a long-term experience in the outstanding investment skill, the Company aims to serve on the requirements of its customers and provide an all-rounded service with the professional and active style. Consequently, FSS will have a substantial growth and become the number one securities brokerage in the country.
