While we have been around for ten years, in less than two years we have gone from just 20 employees making 540 claims a month to 50 staff handling over 5,000 PPI claims a month, reclaiming £25 million for 26,000 clients in 2016. Governed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, we’re not a call centre, we do not cold call nor do we aggressively chase clients. We are constantly looking for staff as we grow - particularly for Claims Handlers who handle our client relationships from first call to final settlement. So if you have a professional manner, are educated to degree level or equivalent, and have experience in office based customer service (ideally in a legal or financial environment), we’d like to hear from you.
