First Personality is a comprehensive soft skills training platform offering the best soft skills, business communication and behavioral training. We have 2 verticals: Corporate Training and In-School Training. We train professionals from all verticals; from Fortune 500 companies to SMEs. We develop and deliver our own content. Founded by Prashant Sharma, a senior freelance trainer in 1996, the growth is through an expanding user network. All our business comes through referrals. Prashant is also an Executive & Life Coach, working with professionals and corporates in enhancing their soft skills. We also provide IT training in topics like Python, SQL, MS-Excel, Q-Lik, etc. Recognizing that the lack of soft skills will be the biggest hindrance to the employability of the millions of Indians about to graduate or already in the workforce, First Personality started with a program in the New Delhi YMCA in 1996. Since then, people from almost all vocations and across all age groups have greatly benefited from the various customized Personality Development programs Our programs are structured on the Learning-Internalizing-Feedback-Evaluation (L.I.F.E) model. All curriculum is based on and guided by our copywrited Personal Development Compass. The faculty and board of trainers consist of internationally educated and trained industry professionals, OD experts, psychologists, and student counsellors, who combine their corporate and academic experience in imparting real world and need-based training.
