First Response (First Aid) Ltd is a training provider offering a range of first aid courses, fire safety training, health and safety courses and food hygiene qualifications to businesses, organisations and individuals throughout the UK. The company was established in 1999 by Bill Curtis, following his retirement after 31 years with the West Midlands Police and has been run by Bill and his wife Chris ever since. Recent additions to the First Response team include son Gareth, son-in-law Lee, daughter Leanne and daughter-in-law Kirsty - making this truly a family run business that prides itself on a friendly and customer-orientated service. From the early days when Bill was conducting training himself, to today's team of 20+ trainers and 8 office staff, the company's motto has always been to "provide high quality training at affordable prices"​ and this is something the business continues to deliver. All First Response trainers are experienced, competent and friendly, and training courses are tailored to meet the needs of the customer. Courses can either be held at the First Response training venue in Walsall, West Midlands or delivered at your own premises.
