Consisting of over 46 employees and four partners, we dedicate ourselves to hiring and retaining the highest caliber of accountants and administrative personnel. We believe in a team approach, provide continuous training, use a buddy system for all staff through their first year, and provide an extensive onboarding manual and training for procedures and systems. We try and promote from within, have a lot of variety and complexity with an emphasis in real estate, partnerships, foreign, multi state, all types of trusts, estate tax returns, and public and private foundations. We focus on high net worth clients and don’t accept those below a threshold of $25,000 per year in billings. We have a very strong record of growth and client and staff retention. The partners spend most of their time serving clients. We grow and maintain our practice through the referral of satisfied clients and their team of professional advisors, such as bankers, lawyers and insurance agents.
