A Word from Rosalidia Dubon, CEO & Publisher Ive always been interested in people and their stories, their passions, their challenges and their triumphs. I was born in San Jose, California and raised in Honduras by my grandmother who was loving and generous, strong-willed and principled. I inherited her outlook in life and embraced many of her best traits. To this day, I will instinctively lend a hand to anyone who needs help. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from San Jose State University while volunteering for charities and service organizations. While I was at SJSU, I also became a fitness fanatic dropping from 150 pounds to 120 pounds. My focus on wellness extended beyond just taking care of my physical body but also to my mind and spirit. FitNFabs is a culmination of all of the things and people that give meaning to my life. FitNFabs is a platform that provides women with access to resources, tips and motivation in beauty, fitness and wellness while connecting them with professionals, mentors, and each other. I love making women feel confident and empowering them to be all that they can be!
