Founded in 1986 our company has gone from simple beginnings to its current position - Ireland’s foremost Event, Banqueting Hospitality & Business Catering. In addition, Fitzers Catering were the first Irish catering company to be awarded ISO20121 (Event Sustainability Management System to improve the sustainability of events) created as an international version of the standard to coincide with the London 2012 Olympics.
