Our firm was originally founded in 1996 by New Jersey Governor James Florio after leaving public office and Michael J. Perrucci, well known as a litigation trial attorney in numerous million dollar federal and state cases. The firm continued to expand over the years bringing on more high-level legal professionals adding Douglas J. Steinhardt, former five-term Mayor of Lopatcong, New Jersey and current New Jersey Republican State Party Chairman and most recently, long-term Camden County Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. as named Partners.
