Flowline Specialists designs, engineers and manufactures tensioners, reel drive systems, under-rollers, powered reels, shears and hydraulic power packs for the global oil, gas and renewable industries. Established in 2001, it is headquartered Boyndie, near Banff in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and has operational bases in Dubai and The Netherlands. In December 2020, Flowline Specialists became part of Motive Offshore Group. Flowline Specialists' range of equipment is designed to ensure the safe and efficient handling of reels, flexible pipes, umbilicals and power cables, onshore and offshore. Installed and operated by experienced field technicians, all equipment is road mobile and available for hire worldwide. All of the equipment is road mobile and ferry compatible for rapid deployment in the UK and Europe. Most equipment systems can also be containerised for quick and economic mobilisation, and its under-rollers can be supplied either in a crane loaded or self-loading format.
