Folies was established in 1991 by Mr.Eric J D Cornille, former executive of Oriental Hotel and Dusit Thani Group, producing French pastry in its retail shops in early years. For over 20 years Folies has built a reputation in Asia as the supplier of premium breads, cakes and pastries in the French tradition. Through the years the Folies brand has been recognised for consistent quality and value. Our aim is to answer at best to our customer wishes thats why we have divided our activity in two parts wholesale and retails. We provide a large range of products in RTP (Ready to prove), RTB (Ready to bake) and RTP (Ready to prove). We also have a strong presence in the heart Bangkok through our 5 shops.
