The Foundation for Talent Transformation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization with a mission to help individuals stay relevant by helping them understand themselves, relate well to others, embrace learning opportunities, and plan for the future of work. Technology is changing how we live, work, and play. Powerful technologies and new business models are remaking the workplace, setting the stage for new jobs and careers, and empowering individuals and teams to advance organizational goals through creativity and collaboration. The Fourth Industrial Revolution presents enormous challenges and opportunities, but many people struggle to keep up.  The Foundation for Talent Transformation helps individuals stay relevant, remain engaged, and maintain their well-being by providing free resources such as personality tests, personal development guides, and insights into future jobs. The Foundation’s resources help individuals understand what they don’t know they don’t know; this, in turn, stimulates curiosity and action to develop new skills.
