Franciscas work is focused towards expanding the capacity of people`s effective action and inspiring them to dare for change and transformation. By aligning the strategies of an organization (business processes: recruitment, leadership, metrics, and communication) with those human processes and core values, it is possible to build spaces where people feel heard and valued, generating contexts of respect, trust and transformation. She has a degree in Ontological Coaching through Newfield Network and is PCC certified by the International Coach Federation. She has been practicing leadership training for over 16 years in both Chile and overseas. I define myself as a leader. I am known for being a proactive, ambitious, with a great ability to adapt to change, and carry out initiatives and generate improvements in the organization and the teams that I lead. Francisca is native Spanish and fluent spoken and written English. She has lived in the USA between 1988 and 1996.
