After suffering from chronic fatigue / adrenal fatigue and healing myself through good food and lifestyle choices, I decided to follow my passion for health and share my knowledge in the hope to help others who are suffering. I believe........ Food is medicine, it can either harm or heal us. Dieting is a waste of time! Healthy meals can be tasty, exciting and nourishing at the same time! Bio-individuality is key, everyone is completely different, therefore no one diet can work for everyone. Being healthy is not just the absence of disease, it is having enough energy and mental clarity to live the life we truly want each day. Our thoughts, emotions and lifestyle choices all impact our health on the highest level. I believe........ True happiness is not a fleeting moment, but a feeling you can have every day! You can wake up feeling free and fresh every morning with an abundance of energy to live each day with purpose and soul. You can choose love over fear in each and every moment. If you love, accept and forgive yourself no matter what, you can overcome any obstacle. believe there is a lesson to be learnt in every situation and a silver lining to be found. I believe life throws challenges our way so we can experience them, learn from then and evolve to a higher level of consciousness. I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
