Kate is a highly qualified and experienced trainer and coach. She has a special interest in designing/delivering coaching, skills workshops and programmes to support SMEs in the NorthWest UK, currently eligible for Business Link/NWDA support and funding. With more than 15 years experience with blue chip organisations, public sector and SMEs and having worked in in R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and HR, she has a real understanding of your business needs. She can help design/deliver leadership or management coaching on a 1-1 or group basis. She holds a Warwick MBA with distinction. She is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and a Chartered Engineer. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a fully qualified and experience business coach. She is a Member of the Association of Coaching and and of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
