Freeman FinTech Corporation Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability, the issued shares of which have been listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) since 1988 (stock code: 279). The Group is principally engaged in the financial services sector, including the provision of securities and futures brokerage services, the provision of placing, underwriting and margin financing, the provision of insurance brokerage and financial planning services, the provision of corporate finance advisory services, the trading of securities and futures, the provision of finance, as well as investment holding. Furthermore, the Group is also one of the major shareholders of Shengang Securities Co., Ltd. (“Shengang Securities”). Shengang Securities is the first full-licensed joint venture securities company set up in the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone under the framework of the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement between Mainland China and Hong Kong (“CEPA”). Over the years, the Group has been delivering professional and efficient financial services to a large number of clients in line with the trend of development in the financial industry in order to accelerate its business growth.
