Fresh Start Mediation is led by lawyer Kris Darmody, who brings over 20 years of experience leading complex, multi-party negotiations, teamed with a background in secondary education and small business. Our wider team brings unique skill sets and life experiences to each mediation in the workplace, school and FDR + family and separation space, and applies an inclusive and supportive lens to mediation, with a specialist focus on LGBTQ+ mediation needs across schools, workplaces, couples and Rainbow families.
