Fresno’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a comprehensive wellness program designed to help seniors live independently in their own homes as an alternative to nursing care. Our network of dedicated health care professionals provide individualized, coordinated care from medical services to medications delivery, from nutritious meals to transportation - all designed to meet a senior's needs to live a happy, healthy life at home. It has come to our attention that third parties outside of our organization have created domains and emails (known as domain/email spoofing) that appear to come from Innovative Integrated Health, Inc. (innovativeih.com) and our affiliates, Fresno PACE (fresnopace.org), Bakersfield PACE (bakersfieldpace.org) and Orange County PACE (ocpace.org). We ask everyone to act with extreme vigilance.
