The concept of Frith Resource Management (Frith RM) is to provide clients with a high quality sustainable waste management consultancy solution in recognition of constrained budgets. Our focus is on providing a dedicated service to address the need. This may comprise Frith RM delivering whole projects, supporting / quality assuring projects that are delivered ‘in-house’ or project managing other contractors to ensure deliverables are of high quality and meet all our clients’ requirements. Established in 2008, Frith RM is led by Paul Frith, an independent consultant who has experience of managing consultancy projects (in excess of £1m value) for clients ranging from Central Government to multi-national waste / energy / resource management companies, as well as some of the largest local authorities in the UK. The company specialisms are summarised below, and our commitment to quality, the environment and wider corporate social responsibility are key elements of the service we provide. We are based in the West Midlands and comprise consultancy staff with extensive knowledge of energy, carbon and municipal waste management issues and solutions. Frith RM has written numerous municipal waste management strategies and strategy updates for local authority waste management partnerships, unitary authorities and metropolitan authorities. We also provide advice on waste treatment and energy technologies to clients including Defra, WRAP and contractors / technology providers from the UK and overseas.
