Following the acquisition of ARM Swiss Representatives SA by the Apex Group in October 2021, we have now changed our name to FundRock Switzerland SA. Our mission remains to assist foreign fund managers/promoters to market funds in Switzerland in compliance with local rules both from a regulatory and distribution standpoint.
